AVISPAS FOOT × SOCKATÓMICA GIVEAWAY RULES

1. Organization

Avispas Foot and Sockatómica are jointly organizing the promotion called “Avispas Foot × Sockatómica Giveaway,” which will be carried out via Instagram in accordance with these rules.

Full legal details of the organizing entities will be available through their respective official channels.

2. Territorial Scope

The giveaway will have a European scope.

Natural persons over 18 years of age residing in European countries to which Avispas Foot and Sockatómica can legally ship the prizes are eligible to participate.

Participation is free and does not require any purchase.

3. Duration

The giveaway will begin on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from the moment the official giveaway post is published.

The participation period will end on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM, Spanish peninsular time (CEST).

Comments made after this time will not be taken into account.

4. How to participate?

For a participation to be valid, all of the following requirements must be met:

1️⃣ Follow @avispas_foot and @sockatomica on Instagram.

2️⃣ Like the official giveaway post.

3️⃣ Comment on the post stating which country you represent and mentioning the person with whom you would share this look.

Compliance with these requirements must be maintained at least until the winners have been verified.

Entries that do not meet all requirements may be considered invalid.

5. Prizes

There will be five (5) winners selected.

🥇 First winner:

• 2 pairs of Avispas Foot.
• 5 pairs of Sockatómica.

✨ Other four winners:

• 1 pair of Avispas Foot.
• 3 pairs of Sockatómica for each winner.

Models, colors, and sizes will be subject to availability at the time each winner chooses their prize.

The products obtained as a prize cannot be exchanged, returned, or fully or partially redeemed for cash.

6. Selection of winners

Once the participation period has ended, a random selection will be made among the valid entries.

The organizing entities may also select substitute participants to cover possible non-compliance, withdrawals, or the inability to contact any of the selected individuals.

Before definitively confirming each prize, it will be verified that the selected person meets all the requirements established in these rules.

In case of non-compliance, the prize may be assigned to the next substitute participant.

7. Communication of winners

The five selected participants will be announced on Monday, October 5, 2026, in the official giveaway post itself.

Subsequently, the organizing entities will contact them via private message from the official accounts to verify compliance with the requirements and explain the procedure to:

• choose the corresponding products;

• select the size and/or available features;

• provide the necessary shipping information.

The status of winner will be definitively confirmed once compliance with these rules has been verified.

If a winner does not respond within a maximum period of 48 hours from the first contact, the organizing entities may consider that they have waived the prize and assign it to a substitute.

Avispas Foot and Sockatómica will never request payments or bank details to deliver the prizes.

8. Prize delivery

Each brand will be responsible for the products it contributes to the giveaway and for managing their corresponding delivery.

Avispas Foot will be solely responsible for Avispas Foot products, and Sockatómica for Sockatómica products.

Each brand will assume issues related to the availability, preparation, and shipping of its own products.

Winners must provide correct and sufficient information to carry out the delivery.

The organizing entities will not be responsible for the inability to deliver a prize when this is the result of incorrect or incomplete data provided by the winner or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

9. Fraudulent entries

The organizing entities may exclude any entry that violates these rules or for which there are reasonable indications of fraud, use of fake accounts, automation, identity theft, or manipulation of the participation procedure.

Participation may also be invalidated if, during the verification process, the selected person no longer meets any of the established requirements.

10. Modification, suspension, or cancellation

The organizing entities reserve the right to modify these rules when there are justified circumstances that affect the proper development of the promotion, as well as to suspend, extend, or cancel it in the event of force majeure, technical incidents, fraud, or other causes beyond their reasonable control.

Significant modifications will be communicated through the channels used to conduct the promotion, and efforts will be made not to unfairly prejudice the rights acquired by the participants.

11. Data protection

The personal data requested from winners will be processed for the purpose of verifying compliance with the requirements, contacting them, and managing the selection, choice, and shipment of the prizes.

The data obtained to manage the giveaway will not in itself imply the enrollment of participants in the brands' commercial communications.

Any additional processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

12. Instagram

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Participants release Instagram from any liability derived from this promotion.

The organizing entities will not be responsible for any limitations, interruptions, or problems derived from the operation of Instagram that are beyond their control.

13. Responsibility of each brand

Each brand will be solely responsible for the products it contributes to the giveaway and for the obligations related to those products.

Avispas Foot will not assume responsibility for incidents, delays, defects, or any other circumstance related exclusively to products or shipments managed by Sockatómica.

Likewise, Sockatómica will not assume responsibility for incidents corresponding exclusively to Avispas Foot.

14. Acceptance of rules

Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of these rules.

Failure to comply with any of the established requirements may result in the participant's exclusion.
